pink. Green postal money orders that are only redeemable
in the USA are not accepted in Canada.

Personal Checks (All checks will have to clear
before items are shipped. This can take up to 21 days if
you are ordering from outside Canada.

Visa or Mastercard (We can accept Visa and Mastercard
orders over the phone at this time. We are working on a
site wide shopping cart which will include immediate credit
card processing.)

International air shipping and insurance are free. If
you need two day delivery, please contact us so that we
may add the additional charge to your invoice. We do not
have a handling charge.

promotes and maintains the use of fair information practices
online between sellers and buyers. We at VintageCostumeJewelry.com
do not have access to any of your credit card or banking
information when it is submitted through Paypal. Your name,
mailing address, phone number, member status, and order
specifications are collected by us through Paypal and are
used only for delivering the product and facilitating communications
between VintageCostumeJewelry.com and the customer. We will
not sell, rent, or use this information in any other way.

at Vintage Costume Jewelry want you to be satisfied with
your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection
of both the buyer and ourselves, we have a Return Policy
that we honor.
1.
If you are not pleased with your purchase, contact us by
e-mail or phone within 3 days of delivery of your item to
arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price.
(Shipping is not included in the total refund amount if
the item is as stated. However, we will not give any refunds
on items which we feel have been tampered with in order
to claim shipping costs due to the item being different
than as stated in the item description. This will be left
to our discretion.)
2.
VintageCostumeJewelry.com will acknowledge your return request
within 24 hours and will guide you through the return process.
3.
You will ship the item back to us within 3 days of our acknowledgment
of your request.
Please
note:

The
item must be returned in all of its original packaging,
insured for its purchased price, and must be received
in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.
It is recommend that you use delivery tracking and get
a delivery receipt.

The
buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless
agreed otherwise between the buyer and VintageCostumeJewelry.com
- After
we have verified that the returned item is as originally
sent, we will issue a full refund within 3 days.
Additional
Return Policy Information:
We will
often allow the customer the choice of a refund or a store
credit that can be used at any time.
If Your
Item Is Damaged In Shipping:
- Do
not return the item(s), as doing so will void the shipping
insurance.
- Contact
us and inform us of the situation.
- You
must retain all original packaging as well as all pieces
of the damaged item, as they may be requested by the shipping
agent.
- We
will file the claim for you and inform you of your role
in this process.
| Restocking
And Other Returned Item Fees: |
Our
shop has a 25% restocking fee that will be charged if
your item is not shipped within the allowable time stated
above. We also reserve the right to deduct up to
$10.00 USD from your refund amount to cover our initial
shipping costs. In addition, any Paypal or credit card processing
fees accrued will be subtracted from your total refund amount.
No Paypal or credit card processing fees are deducted if
the item is sent back within 10 days of receipt.
- Please
note that payment must be received within 5 working days
of purchase if paying by Paypal or 10 working days if
paying by check or money order. If payment is not received
in that time, we reserve the right to re-list the item
for sale in the shop.
- We
can only accept international
money orders which are usually pink. Green
postal money orders that are only redeemable in the USA
are not accepted in Canada.

TERMS - Featured Status
Site Link Service - We reserve the right to terminate
our agreement with any site that does not follow the
guidelines on this page. Any tampering of our link on
your page for options 1 and 2 will lead your site to
be removed immediately. There will be no refunds on
our "Featured Status" linking service.

- We welcome you to purchase using our layaway plan on items
over $75 USD. The terms are as follows:
