Spectacular,
isn't it? Research indicates that this rare necklace
was likely made by DeLizza and Elster (makers of what
collectors know as "Juliana" Jewelry) for
either Kenneth Lane or Alexis Kirk. It is unsigned but
Frank DeLizza has confirmed a very similar necklace
with identical construction style.
What's
most interesting about this necklace is that it incorporates
all different shapes, sizes, and colors of stones. Each
side of the necklace is different yet it looks completely
symmetrical. A masterpiece design just waiting to be
adored.
In
very good condition. The smaller stones that make up
the "chain" have some light discoloration.
Because these stones were originally smoke colored,
this is near impossible to see unless you inspect the
stones very carefully.
