This
new old stock ring (meaning it's never been worn)
has a lovely filigree style base and a dogtooth set
black glass cameo. It looks blue in the first picture
because it has an iridescent shine like that of black
diamonds or marcasite. The band is open and adjustable.
Very likely Czech in origin.
