You
may have seen other versions of the famous "coro
girl walking dog" brooch but this one is seldom
found. This style of pin is sometimes referred to as
"wire work" or "stick figure" for
obvious reasons. The dark spots that you see are tarnish.
I did have to polish a bit of the dog's belly because
I was uncertain as to whether it was tarnish or plating
loss and as it turns out, he polishes up nicely.
