Just
look at the fine enameling on this piece that has survived
all these years! I would doubt this pin was ever worn.
Although it is unsigned, this exact brooch has been
seen with the Coro signature which leads to the positive
attribution. Each petal on this flower is twisted to
reveal three clear rhinestones. Four ruby colored stones
decorate the ends of the stamen which moves freely on
a screw. The metal is plated with gold and the back
has an old safety clasp which rolls backwards to close
and forwards to open.
In
very good condition with one small area of enamel wear,
one small area of gold wear on the back, and a slight
bend in the pin stem.
