This super
figural piece is unique in that his baton actually swivels
around as he "marches". All of his paint is
in very good condition with some light wear to his pant
leg only! The pin mechanism on the back is part plastic
and part metal which shows that this truly is a vintage
piece. Has an old "c" clasp.
He
is 3" long and as darling as a pin could be!
